  • With Direct Image it is all digital. No wait time for plotting, processing, inspecting, and setting up film on an image machine. CAD data is directly imaged onto each panel. The High-resolution camera system assures precise replication for even the highest density image and assures the most accurate drill to hole and front to back registration possible.

  • No film, no stencils, no screens, no manual registration, just push a button and go! camera alignment, each panel is perfectly registered to the image. Inkjet provides clear crisp markings with capability of serialization and sequentially marking each panel and/or each board.

  • Flying Probe and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI). All digital, no set up time no fixtures. Hi speed hi reliability.

  • Continuous flow process eliminates the time behind setting up screens for various sized panels and for frequently cleaning screens. With different color reservoirs, the machine can be quickly switched from one color to other. Because our solder mask spray and IR tack cure is a conveyorized, continuous, in-line system, we can process panels in minutes.

  • In-house final finishes like Immersion Tin, Immersion Silver, Immersion Gold, HASL, Lead Free HASL, OSP, etc.
